Rizzla
Burna Boy · 2015
The On a Spaceship era, before the world caught on
Released as a single on 24 March 2016 from On a Spaceship — the album Burna Boy self-released on 25 November 2015 on his own Spaceship label. The record drew mixed reviews overall; Pulse Nigeria listed “Rizzla” among its good tracks and NotJustOk called it the one J Fem production that earned its place. It's a window into the Afro-fusion sound he was already building at home, three years before “Ye” took it worldwide.
