Back inside Spotify’s global Top 10: “Dai Dai” rose eight places to No. 7 on the chart dated 19 September with 2,934,986 streams — its 84th day in the Top 10 — and has now led Spotify Switzerland’s daily chart for 101 days, past the 99 that “One Dance” logged in 2016.

“Dai Dai” is Platinum in Sweden — certificate no. 11317, dated 18 September 2026, in the Grammotex register. A fifteenth country for the song, two days after Belgium's Gold, and Burna Boy's 237th plaque.

“Dai Dai” is Gold in Belgium — Ultratop dates the award 10 August 2026. That is a fourteenth country certifying the World Cup song, and Burna Boy's 236th plaque.

“City Boys” is Gold in Portugal — AFP/Audiogest listed it in the April 2026 awards, the song's seventh plaque and its first Portuguese one, taking his certification count to 235 across 26 countries.

“B. D'OR” with Wizkid is Platinum in Nigeria — TurnTable certified the 2021 single on 8 June 2023, the same record that peaked at No. 2 on the Nigeria Top 100.

Every issue of Nigeria's Top 100 since November 2020 has now been read: 59 more Burna Boy releases charted at home, led by “B. D'OR”, “Bundle by Bundle” and “Laho II” at No. 2, and “Loved by You” reached No. 4 — 89 of his releases hold a Nigerian peak.

Twice as Tall's Nigerian albums-chart peak is No. 17, reached on 2 and 16 February 2023 — every TurnTable issue since the chart began in November 2022 was read, and the album is still on it 184 weeks later.

Two song-page corrections: “Last Last” peaked at No. 3 on TurnTable's Nigeria chart (its Top 50 debut, May 2022), not No. 2 — 46 weekly issues re-read at the body; and “On the Low” is a 2018 single, released 16 November 2018, not a 2019 one.

Fifty songs past 50 million Spotify streams — the first African artist to get there: “4 Kampé II” crossed on the 16 September reading at 50,236,513, with Wizkid next on 39. A 23rd song is past 100 million too, “Sungba (Remix)” at 100,642,822; Wizkid is next with 18.

Five songs past 400 million Spotify streams, the first African artist with that many: “Dai Dai” (449,530,883 on the 16 September reading) joins “Location” (736.6M), “Last Last” (611.1M), “On the Low” (428.2M) and “Own It” (414.3M). Tems and Tyla are next with three.

Burna Boy is the most-streamed African artist of 2026 so far: 1,810,927,983 Spotify streams through 16 September by the tracker's count, past Wizkid (1,808,204,727) and Tems (1,807,644,361) for the first time this year — 2.7 million clear, with 106 days of the year to run.

AFRIMMA 2026 resolved at the body: afrimma.com's official results name Fally Ipupa Artist of the Year and for Crossing Boundaries, Davido's 5ive Album of the Year and Ruger Best Male West Africa — so all four of his nominations at the 12 September ceremony in Dallas closed without a win.

“We Pray” with Coldplay is Gold in the UK: BPI's register dates the award 1 May 2026, the step up from the Silver of January 2025.

A correction: “My Oasis” with Sam Smith is Silver in the UK, not Gold. BPI's register holds one award for the single — Silver, 22 August 2025 — so the plaque returns to the tier it held before July. The catalogue is still 234 awards across 26 countries.

Two corrections to the dated log, read at the registers: “Last Last” went straight to Diamond in France (SNEP, 2 November 2023, no Platinum step) and is 2× Platinum in New Zealand as of December 2023, after Gold and Platinum in 2022; and Love, Damini's Dutch Gold dates to November 2022, not 2023.

The 200-million-stream board re-read at kworb: Burna Boy still leads with 15 songs past 200M on Spotify, and nine past 300M. Tyla is next-deepest in the 300M tier with six, then Tems with five; CKay now has four songs past 200M, one clear of Wizkid and Omah Lay.
