TCSN's register is request-based, so a title missing from it proves nothing about what it sold — only that nobody applied. A gap between two artists there can measure paperwork rather than sales, which is why it is counted on its own line.

† Multiplier assumed — AMPROFON publishes no multiplier rule for singles; its own register stacks the levels it has awarded. An N× certification is priced here as N × Platinum, and a combined certification (Platino & Oro, 4 & 1) as the sum of its parts, 4 × Platinum + 1 × Gold. Promusicae publishes Oro and Platino thresholds only and never states the arithmetic for a multiple. An N× certification is priced here as N × Platinum.
‡ This body raised its thresholds since 2015 — the figure is today's level, and a certification awarded before the rise may have cleared a lower bar. Which bodies, and when ↗
§ Ratio assumed — AMPROFON measures singles in audio streams (video streams may be added since November 2020) and publishes no stream-to-unit ratio. Its certifications are converted at 100 streams to a unit, the ratio IFPI Denmark and IFPI Norway publish for the same measure.
How this is counted
Every certification is a floor — a Platinum single in the UK means at least 600,000, and could be 1,190,000. This page adds those floors up for two records or two artists, at each certifying body's own published threshold, under identical rules.
